The Apartment is situated over looking the beautiful wild life sanctuary of San Pedro Regional Park with many nature walks, cycling paths , and bird watching nearby, including Marina and bars, within Costa Calida, in the province of Murcia. Situated within 15 min walk (very pleasant) along the palm tree filled promenade or nature trail from the lovely blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor Sea at Lo Pagan and the Mediterranean via the beautiful nature reserve and Marina. Property next to a wonderful deluxe Hotel/Spa resort, ideal for total relaxation and pampering, with many health treatments and fantastic indoor tropical swimming pools with fountains and tropical plant areas.
Within easy walking distance for the town centre shops, bars, restaurants, bus station etc. Only 10 km from the local San Javier (Murcia) airport and 60 km from Alicante Airport. Paradise for golfers with many top class courses nearby including Las Rambles, Villamartin, and Campoamor within 15 minutes drive away, and world renowned courses like La Manga and Polaris World within 30 minutes drvie away. · Large salt lakes at Lo Pagan (San Pedro) including nature reserve home to thousands of pink flamingos April to October, plus mud flats renowned for its healing powers especially for arthritis sufferers (cover mud over your body).
· Sierra Espuña, a beautiful mountain region magnifically populated with pine trees and wonderful countryside.

Special notes
No smoking allowed in the Apartment, but it is allowed on the balconies or roof terrace. No Pets allowed. Cleaning included. Please treat the property with respect (as your own), and leave in a similar condition as you found it. Thanks!
£100 security deposit required to confirm booking, which will be returned within 10days upon departure once the keyholder has checked the property has been left in a satisfactory condition. Any cost of damage will be taken of the deposit, with the remaining amount returned to customer. Full payment of holiday is required 6 weeks before departure.
Details of recommended economy car hire and airport pickup transfers can be provided/arranged. Also excursions and golf trips or holiday queries etc. can be discussed or arranged through my management letting company in spain (most useful while on holiday).
Flights from many UK airports including Blackpool, Manchester, Luton, Gatwick, Stanstead, East Midlands etc. to Murcia San Javier airport, which is only around 2 hours 30 minutes from the UK. Airlines include Jet2, Ryanair, Easyjet, Iberia, and more. Also airlines fly direct to Alicante, include Easyjet, Jet2.com, Monarch, Ryanair, Bmibaby.
