This newly built apartment is situated non beachside of the N332 (coast road) at Cabo Roig and is ideal for golf and beach lovers alike.

There are bars, restaurants and supermarket within five minutes easy walking. A ten minute walk downhill or 3 minute car drive (1.3 kms) will bring you to the blue flag beach at Cabo Roig and the numerous shops, banks, bars and restaurants on the strip (buzzing at night!) Neighbouring beaches at Campoamor and La Zenia are also within easy reach.

Less than 5 minutes car drive inland will bring you to the championship golf courses at Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.

The apartment is deliberately non poolside and away from busy roads to provide peace and seclusion should you wish it. Imagine yourself sitting on the roof terrace with a glass of wine, freshly caught fish on the BBQ and watching the sunset!

The spacious personal roof solarium provides stunning views and tranquility. Loungers, table, chairs, lanterns, lights and brick Spanish BBQ are all provided.

A small terrace is to the front of the apartment with bistro table and chairs for breakfast in the shade or a relaxing glass of wine before dinner.

Beautiful secluded communal gardens are accessed via a gated entrance (about 4 metres from the front of the apartment) and here you will find the outdoor swimming pool (with childrens pool) and Jacuzzi.

Air conditioning units (warm and cold) are in the lounge and both bedrooms - this is included in the rental price.

The lounge/dining area has comfortable corner seating, a 32" Panasonic TV, DVD player, stereo CD/Radio and a square glass top dining table with four leather chairs.

There is a separate kitchen with washing machine, built in oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps, chest of drawers and numerous coathangers are in both bedrooms.

The fully tiled bathroom is four piece with a shower over the bath and a vanity unit (with mirror and spotlights) provides plenty of cupboard space for all those bits and pieces everyone travels with.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery, bedding, hairdryer (with cool shot), towels and beach towels provided.
Two lightweight sunloungers are provided for your use by the pool/beach.

Notes
Murcia (San Javier) airport is 20 minutes on the AP7 and Alicante airport is 40 minutes. UK airlines to try are , flymonarch, bmibaby, flybe, thomsonfly, ryanair, easyjet etc.

A car is not essential but recommended and can easily be pre-booked to collect from the airport.

There are several bars, restaurants, an Aldi supermarket and a hairdressers on the development and within easy walking distance from the apartment.

1.3 kms from the apartment are supermarkets, local taxi service, bars, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, gyms, pharmacies etc and a vibrant nightlife should you wish it.

An information pack on the local area (including telephone numbers for car rentals and taxi services) and maps are in the apartment for your use during your stay.

Notes
50% of the total rental amount is required upon booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before your stay. 50 Euros for the departure clean is payable locally upon arrival. Airport pickups, car hire and a welcome pack for your arrival can be arranged. The rental price includes air conditioning and meet and greet. Discount will be given for bookings of two weeks or more.
