Description: |
The villa is placed in a residential very calm zone surrounded with agricultural fields and to only 10 min of Sant Pere Pescador’s beach perfect for families with small children. In the zone it is possible to practise diverse nautical sports as windsurfing, sky nautical, kitesurf, kayak, sail with catamaran, etc. In addition there are nearby equine some of them, golf courses and interesting places to visit as the Greek ruins, museum Dalí, Cadaqués, Girona, etc.
To come up to the house you can do it with Ryanair in the airport of Girona to only30 min. of distance.
The villa has new modern furnitures and a private garden with a porch to be able to eat and a zone for the barbecue. It is a very sunny house with a wide room of being and independence kitchen fully equipped,
In the first floor there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two terraces with a nice views.
