This recently built house is situated in Dona Pepa 11 urbanization, in Cuidad Quesada Rojales 30 minutes drive from Murcia and Alicante airport. this lovely house overlooks the communal pool, there is a toddler pool set in a gardened area with plenty of room to sunbathe and relax in the sun. There are two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and a restaurant, Quesada is a 3 minute drive away with facilities such as banks, newsagents, souvenir shops, a hairdressers a pharmacy and also a medical centre, there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Go-Karting, scuba-diving, wind-surfing, and jet Ski-ing, are close to Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away Guardamar has a beautiful sandy beach, cafes, and restaurants. Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away, which has numerous restaurants and plenty to see and do. There are daily markets and fiestas in throughout the year.
