The Finca Los Pinos
A private villa complex, set in 10,000 m2 gardens, accommodating from 6 to 20 people
Finca Los Pinos ( Pine Tree Farm ) is set in a stunning position, at the very edge of the National Wildlife Park, on the side of a south facing hill, looking down the valley of the Rio Torrox, to the Mediterranean sea.
The views from here are spectacular with the mountains behind, and on clear days, the Rift Mountains of North Africa can be seen from the terrace.
The grounds here are very private and the villa is the ideal base from which to walk the hill trails or visit the many local villages.
The Finca is approached by a private drive, off a level track, less than 300 metres from the Competa – Torrox road, is secluded and not overlooked.
The village of Competa is 4 Km away, and the coast approx 15 minutes drive.
There are two villas that make up Finca Los Pinos, the main house and La Pequeña.
The main house is on one level and comprises of three bedrooms, a double with ensuite WC and shower, two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with WC, bath and shower over. Lounge with Free 2 View Sat TV, and fully fitted kitchen. There is also a large conservatory / dining area and covered, shady, terrace.

Outside, on the same level, is a walled sun terrace with a large swimming pool ( 10m x 5m ) and a semi shaded gazebo and BarBQ.
At the far end of this sun terrace and swimming pool is the second villa, La Pequeña.
La Pequena is on 2 levels and comprises, on the upper floor, of a double bedroom with ensuite shower, kitchen and balcony with 2 steps down to the swimming pool, sun terrace and barbecue. On the lower level are 3 further bedrooms, a double and 2 twins, with shower and WC.
In total, these two villas can sleep 14 people, 6 in the main villa and up to 8 in la Pequeña.
In addition to the two villas are three log cabins, each with either a twin or double bedroom, ensuite shower and WC and balcony.
Each of these sleeps two people, bringing the total number of people that can be accommodated to 20.
Ideal for a large group of friends or family.
The prices shown are for the main villa only, sleeping up to 6 people.
For groups of 8 or more, the extra cost per person is between 50 Euros – 150 Euros per person per week, depending on the total number staying and at what time of year.
