Description: |
The villa is located between Algarrobo (2.5 km) and Sayalonga (2.5 km)in the east of Malaga. It is 6km (5 minutes) from the exit number 277 in the motorway to Torrox and 10 km to the beach by car, and places for restaurants and nightlife. It is 35 km (40 minutes) from the airport of Málaga and 22 Km ( 18minutes) from Nerja
VILLA VIRGINIA has 3 bedrooms: 1º a double bed, 2º two single beds, 3º two single beds, two bathrooms (shower), kitchen, and a large living room.
In the living room there is a big fireplace, Hi fi-CD, TV and video. In front of the main door there is a pergola covered with a vine plant, and it gives a comfortable shadow.
The kitchen is full equipped with microwave and dishwasher.
In the back of the house there is a tool-room where is the washing machine, iron, boiler...
Outside is the swimming pool with 6 by 11 meters, and 50 cm deep in one side and 200 cm in the other, between the house and the swimming pool, 25 meters approx; there is a big tree with a table and chairs under, to sit down in the evenings in the shadow. The barbeque is between the swimming pool and the house, with illumination in that area for the night.
About the track, there is 500 m from the road to the villa, the
track arrives until the house, and it is good, there is a country track and you will have to cross a little river, a stream, there is not a bridge, but the river is 5 or 10 cm deep. I have not problems with my Peugeot 205 to cross.
About the location in the piece of land rounded by mountains, it is in the middle of fruit trees as lemon, oranges, mangos, avocados, nísperos (in April)...
The plot has a little river around, ideally for children to catch
frogs, and tortoises. The house is located to the South.
