Description: |
Agave Real is a brand new devopment at Valle del Este Golf and Spa Resort. This contemporary styled duplex has been furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you could need on holiday. The property has two double bedrooms each with huge wardrobes, and private balconies Split air-conditioning/heating is fitted throughout.
The property has a large living/dining area, shower room, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and utility room. Patio doors lead from the living area onto the private terrace/garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one twin each with its own balcony, and a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, wc, bidet and large washbasin.
The 26" flat screen TV also has a DVD player and Satellite TV. A few DVDs are provided but feel free to bring along any of your own.
Outside, the terrace/garden has a further table and chairs for dining alfresco, together with four sunloungers to relax and watch the golfers struggling on the 3rd fairway.
The stunning infinity swimming pool is just a stones throw from the terrace, far enough to avoid any noise from the pool, but close enough to be able to cool off quickly
The whole complex is very secure and private with an exclusive feel to and each apartment has its own entryphone system.
***GOLF ***
Valle del Este is arguably the finest and most enjoyable golf course in the region. It is based on a desert style with challenging and memorable holes that you will talk about in the 19th hole as a course to remember. Designed by Jose Canales, Valle del Este was opened in 2002. The complex has a comprehensive driving range with mist to keep you cool on those hot sunny days!. There is also a short game area and putting green. The pro shop is fully equipped with everything a golfer may require. There are several other golf courses nearby including Desert Springs (25 mins). Please feel free to contact us for any advice or assistance you may require on golfing matters
As well as excellent golf facilities, Valle del Este offers an amazing Spa, Padel Tennis, swimming pool with childrens play area, and a commercial centre where you will find a cluster of bars and a restaurant, together with a bank, internet cafe, hairdressers, gift shop, newsagents and supermarket.

Only ten minutes to the resort of Vera which has 8 km of blue flag beaches. Along the coastine,you will reach Garrucha and Mojacar, with plents of bars and restaurants, fabulous beaches and all the usual watersports. |
