An exceptionally well furnished and stunning villa located over 4 floors, opposite the beautiful pool and gardens and within a gated community and with plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people in comfort.
The villa has two terraces, one at the front and one to the rear, plus a roof top sun terrace.
The front terrace overlooks the beautiful pool and gardens and is complete with a large table and 4 chairs and is lit at night - perfect for al fresco dining.
Moving inside the villa, the spacious lounge area is beautifully furnished with 2 leather sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), rug, pictures, lamps, mirror and carved wood sideboard as well as a traditional Spanish fireplace.
or your entertainment, there is a carved wood TV unit containing Satellite TV with some UK terrestrial and satellite channels, DVD and CD/Hi Fi system plus an excellent selection of CD’s and DVD’s for your use. For your safety, smoke alarms are fitted. The lounge also has patio doors leading out onto the front terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Off of the lounge area is the downstairs shower room containing shower with shower screen, WC and basin.
Moving through the hallway and into the spacious kitchen, you will find everything you would need or expect in a property of this standard: fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, juicer, sandwich maker, George Foreman grilling machine, stainless steel extractor fan, kettle, toaster, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is also a door leading to a utility area which contains a hoover and airer as well as the washing machine. Another door from the kitchen leads out onto the rear patio area, which contains a further table and 4 chairs plus a brick built BBQ.
The kitchen also contains a dining table and 4 chairs, perfect for breakfast!
Moving back into the lounge, an ornate staircase takes you to the first floor of the villa. The light and airy master bedroom contains a double bed, rugs, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, full length mirror and an alarm clock radio. For your comfort there is also a remote controlled ceiling fan as well as 2 double built in wardrobes (one of which contains a safe for your valuables during your stay). There are also blankets for winter lets.
Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a small balcony which is furnished with a table and 2 chairs and also overlooks the pool and garden area - perfect for an evening drink!
Also on this floor is the second bedroom containing twin beds, bedside cabinets, lamp, clock, pictures, rug and a mirror as well as a 4 drawer chest and double built in wardrobes. There is also a ceiling fan for your comfort and patio doors to a small balcony.
The main bathroom is also on this floor. Stylishly furnished it contains a bath (with shower over), WC and bidet as well as ‘his and hers’ basins set in marble surround. Above the basins is a mirror with overhead lighting. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing!
A further ornate staircase takes you up to the roof terrace which is furnished with 2 sunloungers and again, overlooks the pool and gardens.
Moving back down to the lounge area again, another staircase takes you into the basement area. The third bedroom is a twin and contains bedside cabinet, pictures, lamp and clock as well as a full length mirror and double wardrobes with 5 drawers. In addition there is a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer months as well as both a gas and halogen heaters and blankets for winter lets.
The remainder of the basement has been turned into another bedroom / ‘chill out’ area. The bedroom side contains a double sofa bed, rug, wardrobe and chair.
The other side is fantastic for families! Complete with a desk, table top football and pictures, plus 2 leather sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater) and a wall unit containing TV, DVD, board games, a great selection of children’s books and videos and a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire electronic game!
All in all this is a fantastic, spacious and superbly furnished villa for the whole family and, being opposite the pool and garden area, and within just a short walk to a good selection of bars and restaurants, ensures a truly relaxing break! All this and just a short drive from the superb, sand duned beach!
