Situated on the popular established Los Dolses Urbinisation our first floor apartment is set overlooking the gated communal pool. It has a large living and dining area, Satellite TV showing English Channels & Radio, CD player, fully fitted kitchen, laundry facilities, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) sofa bed, free hot/cold air con in the living room. Your balcony with patio furniture overlooks the beautiful landscaped pool, with steps upto your large private secluded solarium with 5 sunloungers and brick built BBQ. There is also a garden to the rear.
The apartment has a central alarm system for your security.

Local Area
The apartment is close to all amenities. There are a good selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, internet access and banks two minutes walk away, with the famous picturesque Villamartin Plaza offering a further range of choices only a 10 minutes walk.

Many blue flag beaches are just a few minutes drive, as are the excellent golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Many more courses are within 15-45 minutes drive.

There is a cheap bus service which runs from nearby to the local beaches. We can also put you in touch with a taxi driver who will take you around the area and further afield.

There are various markets most days in one of the local Spanish villages. The saltlakes of Torrevieja are just a short drive, with walks to suit all levels of fitness and are very peaceful. The theme parks of Benidorm are an hours drive and make a great family day out. There is also an Aquapark in Torrevieja for your enjoyment on a hot day.

Will be happy to accept either Pounds or Euros as payment.
Price fixed on booking - no surcharges.
Linen and Towels provided (not beach towels).
A weekly linen change (min 10 days stay) is included. The final clean on departure is also included.
Arrival and departure days are flexible.
A deposit of 20% is taken on booking, the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings taken within 8 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full upon booking.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
You will be sent full written confirmation along with directions to your accommodation on receipt of your deposit.
We will meet and greet you on arrival to give you the keys and show you around your accommodation, and be on hand during your stay if needed. We will collect keys on your departure.
Airport Transfers, Car Hire, Welcome Packs, Golf Tee Times can be arranged on request.
We accept no liability for the loss of any valuables or any other insurable items.
We advise all guests to take out adequate Travel Insurance
