This beautiful detached, air conditioned villa is situated in the heart of Pinar De Campoverde, a new urbanisation just 20 minutes from the nearest airport and just 10-15 minutes away from the nearest beach and golf courses.

Description: |
On the top level there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite facilitiesand these are accessed by external stairs leading from the front of the housewith both having access to a large sun terrace with views to the Mediterranean and La Manga.
On the middle level there is a large lounge with sofas seating six, complete with Sky TV and DVD, large dining table that can seat up to ten, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom complete with separate shower facilities and a large double bedroom. This level is also home to an outside terrace with table and chairs seating for six, outdoor BBQ and another outside dining table and chairs situated next to the private swimming pool.
On the lower level, there is a large lounge with sofas seating six, complete with TV, X Box and table tennis table. Leading from the lounge can be found a complete bathroom and three further double bedrooms. Accommodation can be provided for an additional 2 persons (making 14) by the use of the double bed provided that can be situated in either the lower level lounge or in one of the lower level bedrooms.
This spacious home can accommodate a variety of reasons for a holiday so if you are looking for an ideal place to relax and soak up the sun with friends or family, maybe play some golf or tennis, scuba dive or horse ride or just try out the local beer and cuisine then why not do it with luxury at the forefront at the Villa de los Amigos

The villa has the benefit of a large swimming area which consists of a 10mx 5m pool, shower facilities, Eating and BBQ area. In addition there are another two terraces which can be used for both sunbathing or eating. A full complement of pool inflatables/toys are supplied for your fun, together with sun loungers for your relaxation.
Beach towels can be provided for your stay at a cost of 2 euro per towel.
Please note that all activities qouted should be within a 20km radius unless stated.
A travel cot can be organised locally for a small hire charge.

Special notes
THE PROPERTY CAN ALSO BE USED AS A 4 BEDROOM VILLA SUBJECT TO OWNERS CONSENT AND A MINIMUM CHARGE OF £500 PER WEEK . THE TWO HIGHER LEVEL BEDROOMS WILL BE CLOSED OFF BUT ALL THE OTHER FACILITIES REMAIN THE SAME LEAVING 4 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS OVER TWO LEVELS.
CLEANING WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE VACATION AT 25 EUROS PER BEDROOM BOOKED SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CHARGE OF 75 EUROS.
An English speaking representative will be available to meet you at your destination and also should you have any questions during your stay.
All monies must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to rental. We require 50% of the full cost on booking, to secure your reservation. The balance is to be received by us, 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. A further £30 per person (inc children) security deposit will be required with your balance payment. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your stay - within 4 weeks of the date of your departure, provided there are no damages during your stay. We understand that there may be small accidents ie the odd cup or glass etc and as isolated incidents there will be no charge. In addition, our representative will also collect a 100 euro key loss deposit whish will be refunded at the end of your vacation upon inspection.
We do not cater for stag or hen parties.
The above prices do not include cleaning at the end of the rental.
Beach towels can be provided but are subject to a 2 euro cleaning charge at end of stay.
