The appartment is completly rebuild in 2004 and the terrace is rebuild in 2007 with new tiles and sunblind. The built up area has 16 houses in the middle of the old spanish quarter. Common facilitys : Garden with BBQ, pool and parkering for 12 cars.

The appartment is situated on the 1.floor, with a marvellous vue over the mountains as well as the sea. The town of Mijas is placed 450 m above sealevel. The town is cosy and very nice to strall along on a sunny day.
