LOUNGE
This fantastic Lounge has an beautiful Andualusian ornate wooded beam ceiling. The lounge is pure luxury and every little detail has been taken into consideration.
The Television area consists of Large open Andalusian Fire Place, Two Large Comfortable Sofas, Large Armchair, Coffee Table and Large Flat Screen Television with DVD Player, Large selection of Adults and Childrens DVDs.
Satellite TV is also provided with the following Stations: BBC1 BBC2 ITV1 ITV2 CH4 CH5 Sky One, Sky Movies 1 & 2, Sky Sports 1,2,3 - Sky News, Eurosport and the National Geological Channel.
This truly is home away from home, and although the house is pure luxury it has been designed to be very child friendly.
DINING AREA
This large spacious dining area has been beautifully designed. The dining area has the benefit of a full size dining table making it ideal for entertaining friends or just having a large family dinner.
There is a window looking out into the rear Terrace and this area also has a sideboard with CD music system with ipod connection and a large selection of CDs ideal for background music during dinner. There is a community hot spot in the community room available.Everything down to the soft furnishing has been chosen carefully to make this a very relaxing and homely area.
There is a large selection of lighting, from candles, lamps, wall lights and ceiling lights which gives you complete control of the mood and effect you wish to create whilst dining.
OPEN GALLERIED STAIRCASEThis staircase really gives this lounge the Wow factor!! The Lounge is accessed via this beautiful open marbled Andalusian staircase which has the most beautiful pictures and prints displayed on the walls.
Hanging directly over the stair case is a beautiful traditional Andalusian style lamp, giving you the real feel of Spain.
The Ceiling area is traditionally ornate with open beams.
TERRACE
Terrace is a direct expansion of the Lounge area and is ideal for alfresco dining. The Terrace has a large electric canopy for those that wish to be protected from the Sun. There is a large Ornate dining table and chairs and the views from the terrace are spectacular. This terrace is ideal if you like to take in a good view and it has a full view of the Los Olivos Course.
From the Terrace directly through to the Kitchen is a lovely large living area. Plenty of open space and easy access from the kitchen via the lounge to terrace. Traditional Andalusian Marble floors are laid throughout the lounge area making it truly magnificent. There is ample lighting, low or high depending on your personal needs, even Candles if preferred.
KITCHEN
This house has the benefit of a very large spacious kitchen, which is very rare in Andalusian Town Houses in Puebla Aida. Unlike most holiday accommodation, this kitchen is very workable and has plenty of working space.
This kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker,
There are ample pots, pans and baking dishes supplied along with a large selection of quality crockery, glassware and cutlery.
There is also a nice wine rack for storing wines and a mobile chopping block. The kitchen has a lovely window which makes it very cool during the summer month’s. There is also good quality bright lighting and a luxury quality ceiling fan fitted.
MASTER BEDROOM
Bedroom one has the benefit of a Queen size bed although this can be exchanged for two singles if requested.
The bedroom has been decorated to a luxury standard with the most beautiful soft furnishing which complement the room. The bedroom has a large window which looks out to the front terrace and spectacular views across the golf course.
There is a large double mirrored wardrobe, full selection of reading material, Flat screen television with SAT TV and DVD included. The ceiling is fitted with a high quality fan.
2ND BEDROOM
This beautiful bedroom has two excellent quality divan beds, which are very comfortable. The bedroom has been decorated to a very high standard with luxury soft furnishings.
The room is very airy and has the benefit of French doors leading out to a beautiful Andalusian courtyard that is totally private and only accessed via this bedroom.
The room also has double mirrored wardrobes, bedside cabinets, luxury headboard incorporating a good selection of reading material.
The room has been fitted with a high quality ceiling fan, which is ideal for the hotter months should it be needed.
3RD BEDROOM
This room has the benefit of two high quality divan beds. option of Queen size if requested, The design of this room is very bright and colourful. The window looking out to the private courtyard make it nice and airy.
This bedroom has luxury soft furnishings, double mirrored wardrobes, luxury full length headboard, bed side tables and large chest of drawers.
A Television with built in DVD has been supplied, which is ideal for watching a DVD and relaxing. This room also has the benefit of a high quality ceiling fan.
BATHROOMS
The House has the benefit of two full size bathrooms. Bathroom One has a full size bath with shower attachments, full sink and vanity unity and toilet.
The bathroom has been decorated in traditional Andalusian marble tiles and has lovely prints on the walls. The bathroom also has the benefit of good lighting which is very rare in some Spanish bathrooms.
