Very comfortable villa with private pool and garden. The property is located in the beautiful Gavarres naturepark, but still just about 12 min drive from the beach. Next to a cosy living with direct access to the garden, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an extra room suitable for a child's bed.

The villa is equipped with ao satellite-TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, drying mill, dishwasher and microwave. In the garden are access points for electrical equipment, a BBQ and a covered terrace. Sufficient loungers and garden furniture.

Furthermore it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 25 min, Barcelona 90 min). There are plenty of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountainbiking.

For golfers : the villa is right in the middle of the finest golf courses in Catalonia with at least 7 top courses within 30 minutes. Challeging Golf d'Aro is even just a few minutes away.
