The apartment is located on the Costa Esuri golf courses 5 minutes outside the picturesque fishing town of Ayamonte and 10 minutes from the stunning beaches at Isla Canela.
The whole Costa Esuri development is set within the protected Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guadiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in wildlife including herons, storks and flamingos. Perfect for those birdwatchers amongst you.
For the golfers the Costa Esuri has two courses, one being a championship course that is one of the best in area.

The terrace being south facing means its perfect for soaking up the sun or watching the sun set in the distance. Best of all its perfect for alfresco wining and dining. Leading from the garden is a gate with direct access to the shared swimming pool including childrens pool.


THE LOCAL AREA

Ayamonte town is a typical Spanish town offering a good selection of restaurants and bars. The ocean provides the freshest fish and seafood for many of these restaurants. Ideal for families are the plazas where the kids can play and adults can sample the delights which it has to offer..
You can take a short ferry trip across the river to Portugal and the bustling town of Villa Real San Antonio.
From here also take fishing trips and a river cruise up the Guadiana stopping to see rugged countryside, Spainish villages and of course lunch and drinks. Well worth a go.

GOLF

For golfers, soon to be 10 top quality courses with some on the doorstep and all within 35 minutes drive means you will not be disappointed - reduced green fees can be arranged. The Costa Esuri championship course is one of the best in the area. It also has a tricky second which is well worth a go. The new Jack Nicklaus course at Monte Rei is a must for any golfer and with Seve Ballesteross around the corner there is so much to choose from.

A booking only becomes firm on receipt of a deposit payment of £150. Full payment is due eight weeks before departure date. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure, then full payment is due at time of booking.

A fully refundable damage deposit of £150 is required when you make the final payment.Once we have recieved confirmation from the maintenance company at Costa Esuri that the apartment has been left in perfect order, this will be returned to you promptly

If cancellation is necessary after payment then the following terms applies

Prior to 5 weeks booking commencement date 100% refund except initial deposit
5 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve 50% refund
3 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve no refund

The Damage deposit of £150 remains fully refundable
