Villa Pieternella is located on the quiet urbanisation Mont Barbat, about 10kms from Lloret de Mar. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and fridge freezer. The property has a brand new private pool, plus there is a very large communal pool only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Also on the urbanisation there are 2 bars, a restaurant and a supermarket. The villa is only 20 minutes from Girona airport and only 1 hour from Barcelona. The property is not recommended for wheelchairs. You will need a car.
Mont Barbat is located between Lloret de Mar and Vidreres. Lloret de Mar has plenty to offer including excellent restaurants, shopping, beach and water sports. The surrounding areas are full of historical sites to visit such as Pals, Tossa de Mar, Girona and for a family day out Universal Studios Port Aventura is only 2 hours away.
