Description: |
Very nice, new built villa, close to the beach of La Barrosa.
The large house (130 m2 constructed) is fully equipped and was recently furnished. All installations are new.
Lounge - dining room with fireplace, TV and DVD.
3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two ample bathrooms, one incorporated with bath tub in the master bedroom (double bed, TV). The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. There is an electric hot water tank on the outside, so gas is not required in the whole house. The washing machine is in the shed together with installations for an automatic irrigation of the garden.
Outside there is a porch next to the pool, a BBQ, poolside shower, and parking for three cars.
Accomodation for 6. Small pets are welcome.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Location: Las Veguetas is a quiet residential area close (1,5 miles) from the beach of La Barrosa (blue flag) and the hotel area Novo Sancti Petri with all its amenities. You reach the beach in less than 5 minutes by car.
Distances:
Chiclana is ideally situated for visiting many historic locations. To mention but a few, Cádiz is only 20 minutes drive away. Jerez (next airport), with its famous sherry tasting opportunities, only a 40 minutes drive away. The white villages of Medina Sedonia (13 miles), Vejer (20 miles), Arcos de la Frontera (40 miles) are within easy reach for a day trip.
