Recently built country cottage with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single), bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and separate WC on the lower level, and a lovely big open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with large wood burner.

The house is set in over an acre of private olive groves. The south-facing house captures maximum sunlight and the spectacular views of Lake Vinuela, the mountains and the Mediterranean can be enjoyed from the large shaded terrace or the spacious open-plan kitchen/sitting room. An ideal setting for couples, a family or a group of friends to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Andalucian countryside. Periana is the nearest village 10 mins by car, where there are numerous bars/restaurants, banks, shops, doctors/dentists. There is a large shopping centre 25 mins by car, the beach at Torre del Mar is 30 mins and the airports of Malaga and Granada are approx. 1 hour by car.

The house has ample private space surrounding it making it perfect for children to explore. Guests may share the owners' large swimming pool (5x10 metres) during the summer months. The pool is approx 50 metres from Casa Chica. Guests will be provided with a welcome pack (basic foodstuffs, water, beer and wine) on arrival and the owners live nearby for any additional help they might need. We can also offer a catering service for those who might want to take a rest from cooking (typical Andalucian dishes will be prepared and delivered to the house).
Cots and any other baby equipment must be pre-ordered.
