Description: |
Casa-Marco-Simone consists of 5 levels which are:
Ground floor: Kitchen, lounge, toilet and terrace.
1. floor: 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath tub.
2. floor: Roof terrace with a stunning view over the valley and mountains.
Lower floor: Room with two bunk beds (adult size), washing room, double bedroom with view over the valley, and bathroom with shower.
Garden with a small pool, outdoor shower, toilet and a very cosy pool bar.
There is also a larger communal pool close to the house.
Walking distance to supermarket and restaurents.
About the area:
For golfers there are also 5 excellent 18 hole golf courses in the area all within 25 minutes drive. Nearest (La Marquesa)only 500 metres away.
The Golfing PGA Championship 2008 is held at La Finca, 15 minutes from our house.
Beaches here have consistently been awarded the European blue flag for safe, clean waters and excellent services. Guardamar is a 10-minute drive away with its 11km of golden unspoilt sands, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Also worth a visit are La Mata and La Marina only a short drive away.
The lively cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is a 20-minute drive with miles of sand and rocky coves, marina, shops and numerous bars and restaurants with something to suit all ages.
