The villa is on a quiet location on the prestigious Mazarron Country Club
A short drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of the Costa Calida,just ten minutes from Puerto Mazarron and 25 minutes from the historical City of Cartagena.
The Villa is fully equipped with fans air con and Cable TV with 32 channels which include BBC,ITV and many other popular channels, as well as Spanish and German channels. Villa also has DVD and CD players with selection of DVD`s and books and Wi-Fi .
The Villa has spacious patio area and a beautiful BBQ to enjoy those long summer nights . The night time can be enjoyed by sitting along side the pool which benefits from underwater lighting and is complimented by the lovely palms which are also lit up at night.

The bay of Mazarron is part of the Costa Calida, translated the warm coast.
Mazarron is idealy situated for touring the area, and a car is advised to take full advantage of the area.

The city of Murcia is about 40 minutes drive away with its magnificant Cathedral.

The area is an ideal base for sightseeing on a year round basis due the fabulous climate of the Costa Calida.

The Sierra Espuna National Park is approx twenty five minute drive. It is well worth a visit for the fabulous views and lovely walks through the forest .

Notes
Murcia airport is approx 40 mins on the motorway which brings you within a few hundred metres to the entrance of the Country Club.Alicante takes a while longer about an hour and fifteen minutes.There is a Supermarket approx 4 KMs along the motorway in Campasol or in the town of Puerto Mazarron.
The sea is clear and warm and is ideal for diving.
Towels and bedding are provided in the villa.
