A splendid villa with lots of character!
This 5 star newly built villa (constructed in 2003), is situated in the stylish Tosalet area.
The villa has a large garden with lawn, covered and uncovered terraces complete with garden furniture and 10 x 5 m pool.

The villa is tastefully furnished and consists of a living room (with fireplace, TV and radio with CD player) and a dining space with adjoining terrace, looking out over the garden.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc…
The washing machine and dryer are on the patio.

There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds (these can be joined) and an en-suite bathroom.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined).
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with toilet and bath or shower.
There are heat resistant shutters in all rooms and air conditioning.
