large fully fitted apartment with full english kitchen,family bathroom,dining and lounge areas,1 tv,video,dvd,micro wave,full cooker,washing machine fridge etc, sunroof extending whole of apartment block with swimming pool and bq area,sunloungers for all to use and inside lockup sun roof 2 blue materesses (98) written in along the road german pub for that good beer and german shop next door,same owners, for that fresh german bread and meats...a steady walk down into the old town to find 2 beeches,lido with 7 swimming pools,casino,boardwlk prom with cafes etc leading into old town square,just sit and watch the world go by.. from the prom free minature railway thro, town to world famous parrat park/zoo with dolfins sea lions and a parrats,if you dont wish to go into zoo, a nice stroll back along palaya gardin beech.,after a full day a 20 minute walk back or for the tired a 3e taxi ride,Not suitable for young children due to balcony onto garden or persons with severe walking difficulties due to steps at apartment..... so a quiet holiday or a hectic one the chioce is here,sorry no single sex groups... apartment looked after by local resident, Helen,english lady who has lived in puerto 30years and has her own rental properties,Helen is on hand to meet guests and 5 minutes away if needed during stay. for that fresh bread,the local store is 100 mtrs away as is the local pub with great german beers.
