Utility room with washing machine, freezer, water heater, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board etc.
Swimming pool right next to the villa. This pool is shared by 4 other villa owners who do not let out their properties. They all visit only occasionally so the pool therefore has very little use.
Locally, there are ample facilities such as beaches, water sports, fishing, shops, markets, cafes, bars, restaurants (many of which are offering very reasonably priced meals), golf, mountains (for walkers, climbers and scenic views), churches, castles, ancient monuments etc. Valencia (the third largest city in Spain) is just over an hours drive away. Should you prefer the bright lights and lots of entertainment, then Benidorm is about thirty minutes to the south.
Near Benidorm there is the very popular Aqualand Water Park and Mundomar, the animal and dolphin park.
Terra Mitica, the large theme park and Terra Nautica the wildlife park are only thirty minutes drive away.
