The apartment is decorated in a modern style without forgetting the comfort you need during your holiday.

The kitchen is fitted with Bosch vitroceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine,... We believe that the best brands are the most suitable for our clients.

The large bright living room is equipped with air conditioning (or heating for the winter season) and a modern fireplace for the romantic winter evenings during your holiday.

The two bedrooms are also equipated with air conditioning and heatting.

On the roof there is a big terrace to share with the apartment id: 4088, where you can sunbathe or enjoy a barbecue at the evening.

The location is suitable for those families that like to enjoy townlife, because the apartment is located around 500m from the town center, but with the advantage of a wide street where it is easy to find parking place or use the bus stop located on the opposite side of the street.

Brilliant Pollensa

We have stayed in appartment twice a year for many years now. Yollanda and her family are very kind and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The apartment is ideal, it is modern, very quiet and very well appointed with a roof terrace you can sit and read on or simply watch the comings and goings of town life. It allows us to simply walk to all the lovely little bars, shops and restaurants in the old town which are 5 mins away without the need to use our car. It is also ideal for cycling into the hills or visiting the various towns spead around the north I would add Pollensa is nice and quiet at nights with litle noise to disturb your sleep. What a brilliant find the apartment has been
