‘Casa Jasmin’ is situated in a quiet area overlooking the Village of Roses, It has panoramic views over the ‘Bay of Roses’ Harbour and surrounding hills. -- Private Parking. Most Families walk to the Beach as we are only 400 meters from them.
--
It sleeps 6 people with 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds ) There are 2 Bathrooms- all Linen towels etc are provided and changed weekly for you.--

A Large comfortable Lounge seating 6 people, with Sky television channels and all Spanish Channels- Video player and films are all included. Sea views from all Windows.
Lounge and 2 bedrooms are air conditioned. wi fi throughout the villa.

Separate Dining room seating six again with sea views.

The Modern Kitchen is fully electric, (gas has been removed for safety) it has all normal appliances- and has everything required to look after a family of 6.

Outside. A large private swimming pool (maintained to high standards.) secluded terraces/Gardens- and a traditional built in Barbecue area area (non gas)– seating six and shaded by Growing Grape vines. Again with sea Views. (If you have small children non swimmers, This area can be sealed completely with a security gate- it is an option, you only have to ask,)

Keep in touch ‘Casa Jasmin’ Has Internet either by usb connection or wi fi. For business users a phone and Fax is available.

the Villa,is situated at Roses-in the Costa Brava- we are 40 km from La Jonquera French/Spanish border. From the border take Turn off 3 and roses is 20 km (Dual carriagway.)
Girona airport, ( Ryan Air.) is a one hour drive. Barcelona is only 2 hours driving or train.
Casa Jasmin although close to beaches/shops/restaurants. etc is in a quiet situation with its own access drive and PRIVATE parking. now booking for 2012
All Linen and Towels are provided There are no extras.

Roses Town our holiday

Villa great, recommend very highly owner very friendly and welcoming excellent. Rose’s town is full of French people on Holiday and do their best to make it like a mini Paris, bringing with them their terrible standard of driving. Parking in Town is a nightmare and expensive 2E an hour, free parking is all taken by 8.30 in the morning; parking dings are a fact of life and never reported. Cafe culture is well catered for we did not have a bad coffee; but some of the restaurants trade on their location, the food along the sea front is not very special, dive down the alleyways and there are some real surprises really good Spanish tapas and paella I only wished George owned a villa in L’estartit we would be back like a shot
