Treat yourself to an exclusive holiday in this two-bedroom penthouse for four guests. Located in quiet surroundings and within a few minutes drive of Puerto Banús, Marbella centrum, Benahavís and San Pedro de Alcántara, playing golf, shopping, beach life and relaxing can be easily combined.

The apartment is located on a hill and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The terraces enjoy sun throughout the whole day and offer wide views in almost all directions. The view over the Mediterranean sea is truly amazing. It also offers wonderful mountain views including the characteristic Marbella landmark, “La Concha” mountain top. The best way to enjoy these views is from your private Jacuzzi on the 100 m2 sunroof.

The interior is chosen to offer that little bit extra that makes your holiday unforgettable. The quality Swedish beds (Dux) will guarantee a good nights sleep and the comfortable and harmonious furniture provide that relaxed feeling.

The apartment complex resembles a typical Andalusian white village and includes two swimming pools, a gym, lush tropical gardens and 24-hrs gated security.


THE APARTMENT

In order to assure total comfort, only high quality furniture and appliances are used throughout the apartment. The Swedish beds (hard or medium) as well as your choice between high or low pillows will guarantee you a wonderful night of sleep. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a double king-size bed, whereas in the second bedroom two singles could be combined into one double bed. Two extra foldable beds, as well as baby cots are available upon request.

The apartment has an elegantly furnished lounge and dining section with entrance to a 30 m2 terrace facing south-west, viewing the sea. The terrace can also be reached from the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is of high standard to make you feel at home and give you ease of mind throughout your stay. A dishwasher and washing machine will further make your stay very comfortable.

WiFi internet can be used for free in and around the apartment. SKY TV-you can bring your own SKY card to watch your favourite programs- and a selection of international TV and radio channels are available.

On the large private sunroof terrace you will not only find your private Jacuzzi, but also a comfortable sofa group, two sun loungers and a dining table for six persons. With an almost 360 degree view of sea and mountains and sun throughout the whole day it is a great place to relax and do some sun bathing.

A private garage parking is located in the basement, from where an elevator brings you straight to the apartment floor.

To make you feel at home and comfortable from the moment you arrive in the penthouse, all guests are offered a welcome package consisting of a chilled bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne, an assortment of cold drinks and snacks, a bottle of wine and some essentials for your first breakfast (coffee, tea, orange juice, croissants, marmalade, milk & cereals). Common kitchen consumables like spices, oils, sugar etc. as well as cleaning products and washing powder are available on a use-and-replace basis.

Conveniently, a variety of shops and restaurants are located only a few minutes drive away. There is a large supermarket at walking distance.

Nightlife can be experienced in jet-set Puerto Banús, in Marbella or in the authentic Andalusian towns of San Pedro de Alcántara and Benahavís. The latter is commonly regarded as the culinary capital of the region and highly recommended.

A housekeeper and assistance is available on the complex from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekdays. In addition, our locally based property manager will be delighted to assist with any special requirements you may have (booking of theatre, golf, airport transfer service, laundry, cleaning service etc.).


THE SURROUNDINGS

With over 300 days of sun annually and always pleasant temperatures, the Costa del Sol is the perfect place for an energising break or for your active golf holiday. The Costa del Sol offers more than 60 golf courses and possesses an interesting mix of old and new designs, as well as mountain type courses and courses located right next to the beautiful Mediterranean. Whatever level and style of golf you wish to play – you are sure to find it among the many fine courses near Marbella. And a bit further away, at only a 40 minutes drive, you will find the famous Valderrama Golf Club.

Andalusia has much to offer. If you choose to spend your holidays in this southern part of Spain, you’ll not only enjoy sun and pleasant temperatures all year round, but you’ll also have the opportunity to explore its diverse surroundings. Andalusia is a region full of a history, cultural and culinary traditions and a breathtaking landscape. Go for some wonderful trips through the closest mountains, or day trips to Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, or Cadiz. Seville is a bit further away but definitely worth a visit. Even Madrid will be within reach with the 2,5 hour high speed train from Malaga. Whatever your interest or moods, Andalusia does have a lot to offer all year round.
