We are renting out our brand new beautiful luxury 3 bed and 2 bath groundfloor corner property in Balcones del Mar (Gran Alacant, on the top of the hill), facing a fantastic looking pool area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, busses etc. 10 minute drive from Alicante airport and 5 minutes to the beach.
· Kitchen: Bright and sunny large kitchen with dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, electric water boiler, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, ceiling fan, kitchen towels, lots of kids dinner ware etc. Lots of kitchen cabinets, also for a bit of storage/beer/wine/sodas etc. Large dinner table with 8 chairs, 1 baby high chair and 1 IKEA wooden stool. Fully equipped for about 8-9 adults +1 kid.
· Laundry/utility room: Brand new washing machine, laundry hanger, sun umbrella, plastic table and 7 stools for the kitchen outside sitting area.
· Livingroom: Lovely big livingroom with 2 luxury sofas, TV, DVD player and a stereo/CD, small kids bench, door/entry phone, 2 ceiling fans, brand NEW AIRCON, different board games and stuff for the pool/beach in the mantel draws. NEW: An extra single bed has now been added (see the new photos).
· 1st bedroom/Master bedroom: with double bed and bedside table and lamps, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, 3 large fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.
· 2nd bedroom: with double bed and bedside tables and lamps, child cot/bed, 2 fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, aircon, balcony doors leading to small private balcony.
· 3rd bedroom: with a twin bed and bedside table and lamps. Has a high hed (90x200 cm) with a bedside lamp, and a large bookshelf.
· 1st bathroom: ensuite! Contains bathtub, basin, toilet, bidet and 2 cabinets.
· 2nd bathroom: contains a shower, basin, toilet and 3 cabinets.
· Hallway: contains a fitted wardrobe with ironing board & iron, cool box, pool/beach stuff & games, 4 beach "towel" loungers, and 3 shoe cabinets.
· Internet: There is a possible access but only from some of the patio. The connection is a bit unstable, and not reliable 100%. But looked at as an extra bonus, that works on/off during your holiday. A better connection is if you sit by the pool area and are closer to the main internet access (another apartment right by the pool gate).
· Kids stuff: 1 wooden cot (60x120cm.), 1 foldable cot (60x120cm), 1 high chair, 1 IKEA wooden stool, plastic diaper changing mat, baby car seat, booster with back/head support, baby bathtub, pottie and baby seat for the toilet, simple strawler, full pram with good tires, lots of toys for a baby and for older kids, board games and pool/beach stuff in the livingroom. Kids plastic patio table and 4 chairs.
Suitable for 8 people + 2 baby/child in a cot and foldable cot (60x120cm.).
The property has electrical shutters, double glazed windows, triple loocks on the front door, extra locks on the windows, fans, electrical heaters and lots of baby/kids stuff. The urbanization is gated and closed of - there is a doore "phone" in the apartment, to open the gate/door. There is a lovely big 56 m2 patio area facing the big pool area and a green area with trees. Lots of garden furniture (chairs, table, sunbeds, kids garden furniture set).
Golf:
There are more than 20 golf courses on the Costa Blanca (also championship). The fantastic weather allows you, to play golf all year round.
El Plantio Golf is about 10 minutes drive. Designer: Manual Ferry, has 2 golf courses - 1 with 9 holes og 1 with 18 holes. Price per person per round is around 70 Euro (18 holes) and 26 Euro (9 holes).
Alenda Golf is about 20 minutes drive. Designer: Roland Favrat and opened 1999, has 18 holes and price per person per round is around 50 Euro.
Alicante Golf course is about 25 minutes drive. Designer: Seve Ballesteros, has 18 holes and price per person per round is around 63 Euro.
Bonalba Golf is about 35 minutes drive. Designer: Ramon Espinosa, has 18 holes and price per person per round is around 57 Euro.
Area:
Costa Blanca has hundreds of kilometer white beaches. 38 blue flag awards are given for quality beaches - that is more than any other destination in Europe. There is about 300 sunny days per year. The area around Santa Pola is one of the healthiest areas in the world, because of all the natural salt lakes and the air because of the salt in the lakes.
