From the tower terrace you have a marvellous panoramic view, to the North the Sierra de Montgo (753 m /2,800 feet high) and Jávea town, Port and the Arenal Beach, to the East and South the Mediteranian Sea and the costline, down to the Penon de Ifach, near Calpe.

The villa has two double (23 / 20m²) and one single (14m²) bedroom, a large dining room, a living room, a breakfast room, and a fully equiped kitchen, as well as two large bathrooms.

Houskeeper, poolkeeper and gardener are looking after the property.

Youll find beautifull little pebbel beaches around the peninsula at about 1.5 to 4.0 KM distance, the large ARENAL sand beach at 5.5 KM in the Jávea Bay.

Within walking distance there are a few restaurants, a supermaket, two minimarkets, hairdresser and other little shops as well as an internet café. More restaurants, shops banks, bars and night clubs are in Downtown Jávea, in the Port of Jávea and the Arenal Bay quarter.

The owner himself resides for at least 7-8 month a year in the villa, so you are renting a fully equiped and very agreable place, with a lovely personal touch.
