A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool

This lovely villa is to a high standard with marble and granite throughout. In the main area of the villa you will find a Hot/Cold Air conditioning unit, dining area with table and 6 chairs, sideboard.
The lounge area is equipped with 1 settee & 2 single chairs, built in wall unit with TV & digi box and patio doors leading out to the back garden.
The large integrated kitchen comes fully equipped with with all mod cons inc. fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave etc. The 2nd bathroom downstairs has a shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The stair case then takes you to the master bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe and patio door leading out to the sun terrace which has stunning views of the plains and mountain
The 2nd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with, two single beds,
bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe.
3rd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and patio door leading out to sun terrace, the main bathroom is here also
The spacious back garden has a lovely swimming pool, sun loungers, table and chairs and B.B.Q area with complete with bar & also a shady seating area also with a bar
Private garden with off road parking
Hiring a car isn't essential as its located next to amenities but might be useful if
wishing to explore surrounding areas

La Marina is a large urbanization on the south Costa Blanca which is getting bigger by the year. There are plenty of things going on which cater for everybody from kiddies parks & crazy golf to snooker club & bowling green or the on site scuba diving club.
Or you can take a tour which include days out quad biking, water skiing & lunch or nice a nice relaxing day out on tabarca island.
We are also less than an hour away from Benidorm which has a bustling night life & excellent days out in either of the themed parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura & Aqualandia / Mundomar
The transfer from Alicante airport is included in the price if required.
but please note that transfers from Murcia airport do have an additional charge of 30 euros.
Car hire can also be arranged for you to collect at the airport or from the office on the urbanisation
