Location
Situated just 35 minutes from the city of Valencia, between the town of Lliria and village of Pedralba, bounded from the North East to the South West by the hills and mountains of the area known as Los Serrania.
Agriculture still forms a large part of the local economy including citrus, olive and grapes.
The splendid beaches of the Costa Azahar are nearby, as is the renowned El Bosque Golf Club and further south the internationally acclaimed Oliva Nova Golf course.

The House Itself
Modern in style and on one level, the house has a spacious living/dining room, air-conditioned for summer and with a wood burning stove for the winter. It has its own private pool with sun patio.
Furniture, which is all new, includes leather suite and extending dining table. Entertainment facilities include terrestrial TV (Spanish free to air channels), VCR and DVD players.

The four bedrooms are arranged as one double, two twins, and one smaller double.
Air conditioning is also installed in each of the bedrooms.

On the covered terrace at the front of the house is a glass topped table and four chairs. There are times when it is just too hot to stay under the sun, and shade is very welcome!

Around the house, the recently landscaped gardens lead to the paelloro. Common in the Valencian region, this is an outdoor house containing a wood fired hearth. Why not try your hand at making paella the traditional way; it puts a different slant on the barbeque!
The paelloro contains a small washroom and toilet.

Adjacent to the paelloro will be found a large patio for sunbathing.
Behind the paellero is a full size built in barbecue with covered area for seating. Further round again is the private pool with a sun terrace or solarium at one end. Patio furniture and sun loungers are all provided.
Beyond the pool and barbecue area is the orchard of orange and lemon trees.

Notes
You can expect to find everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The air-conditioned living/dining room is furnished with new high quality furniture, and TV, Video, DVD and HiFi.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including;
washing machine
fridge/freezer
microwave
toaster
juicer (for your freshly picked oranges) etc.
There is a large storage room (pantry) and cupboard space with all crockery and cutlery provided, just as you would expect.

Al fresco dining, whether away from the blazing sun on the shaded terrace, later in the day on the patio or by the pool, or indoors in the evening is fully catered for.
The private pool incorporates at one end a solarium for sun worshipping; sun loungers and patio furniture are of course provided.

For short term holiday lets, all bed linen and towels are provided, and there is a weekly cleaning service. The only linen you will need to bring is beach towels.

Notes
Above prices are for a party of up to 4 persons.
For party size 5 to 8 persons, add an additional 50 Euros per week.
For periods including incomplete weeks please email the owner for a price.
For July and August bookings only, start and end days are Saturday. For all other dates, any day can be the start or end of a booking.
Booking requires 25% deposit to confirm, balance due 6 weeks before start of holiday.
Cleaning and linen change is done weekly.
