Nice beautiful three bedroom holiday apartment/penthouse with spectacular sea views Which is ideally located only a few minutes from the gorgeous sandy Torrecilla beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre Nerja where you will find many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

As this is a top floor penthouse apartment it boasts a magnificent large roof terrace (90 sq m). Here you have total privacy, as you relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture, enjoy a tasty BBQ , wine & dine as you watch the sunset over the panoramic views.

The lounge has a 2 leather sofas. The lounge opens out through the sliding doors to another smaller terrace with table and chairs. The dining area seats 6 persons, and the modern fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The lounge is full of character with a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace above.

The main bedroom comprises of a double bed with the bathroom ensuite. Fan for those warm Summer nights.
The two 2 single beds bedrooms share the second bathroom.

This is an ideal apartment for anyone who wants to be close to all beaches and the town centre, yet needs to have the peace and privacy of a top floor apaprtment.

The roof terras has a covered wooden pergola, ding area, kitchen, lounge area. Very special is the SUNSET BAR.

We have free underground parkingspace( only for a small car).

My Name is Ancy. I was born in 1948 in Holland.
In Holland I still have my family ( 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren)
Since 1993 I live in Spain. Frist a few years in Alicante / Albir. Now I am in Nerja which town and surrounded areas I really love. In summer my friends and me we walk a lot( Frigiliana ) and in winter we ski in the Sierra Nevada.
