This is a three bedroom two bathroomed spacious apartment. This Apartment is situated in a beautifully maintained traditional Spanish town.
The apartment is situated approx. 5 minutes walk from the heart of this town. The centre has a vibrant square which is a meeting place for all, especially of an evening. This town is open all year round.
Almoradi has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, doctors, dentists, banks, bakers, butchers, pharmacies, takeaways, supermarkets and a gym. All these facilities are close to the apartment.
Almoradi has an incredible Saturday market which fills the whole centre of the town, this market and its people make it bursting with culture.
There are a couple of Golf courses nearby; these are within an approx 10 minute drive.
The sandy beach of Guardamar is an approx 15 minute drive from Almoradi.
There are many places to visit nearby; there is Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena just to name a few.

This apartment has a large terrace area on the roof, eveery apartment has a lock up, our has sunbeds and bbq. the pool is nicely presented. The apartment faces the local park which is also a focal area for the locals and is a popular meeting area of an early evening. |

There will be a 70 euro cleaning charge which will be paid locally. A £100 deposit will be required. This will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected for Damaged or missing items. We will require a deposit of half the final booking price to be paid 7 days after booking. The final balance will be required 4 weeks before departure. |
