Casa "Helena" at Oasis Beach is located on a stunning cliff-top close to Altea old town and the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina and is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of this Mediterranean town. This contemporary penthouse is frontline with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, huge terraces, PRIVATE ROOF POOL and communal pool. The penthouse has modern luxury fittings throughout including marble floors, hydromassage tub, alfresco dining, digital TV, free unlimited Broadband WiFi, electronic door entry system and secure underground parking.
It is a 15 minute walk to the Marina and beach where you can have a relaxing drink amongst some of the £1m yachts ! The Marina has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and offers excellent facilities for windsurfing, scuba diving (including a PADI dive centre), boat hire and fishing - ideal for families. There is a beach cove which is excellent for snorkelling directly below the penthouse with a key for access via private gate. There is also another cove around 400m away and the main beach at the marina.
TERRACES & SEA VIEWS
The real feature of this property is the stunning frontline sea views from the bedroom terraces and the huge 110m2 roof terrace with private pool (5m x 2m). The roof terrace has 6 luxury Kettal sunbeds, Weber BBQ and dining table and chairs for 6 under a thatched pergola. Enjoy those sunset evenings with a long drink on the terrace listening to the sound of the sea against the "Morro de Toix" Natural Reserve cliffs.
LOUNGE
The stylish and comfortable lounge has full width glass doors leading onto a 20m2 terrace with incredible sea views. Relax on the leather sofa and watch DVDs on the flat screen satellite TV or listen to your music on the Bose iPod docking station.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has granite worktops, twin sinks, electric oven, vitroceramic hob and stainless steel extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a coffee maker and juice blender.

LOCATION
The beautiful town of Altea is a mix of both old and new, the old part has cobbled streets, white washed stone houses and a beautiful church complete with glinting blue dome roof, all set upon a tall hill. The newer part has a promenade with sea front restaurants and great coffee places to relax during the day.
Night time in the old part of Altea is entertaining with cobbled courtyards and lanes lined with galleries, lovely little shops of hand made goods, stalls run by craftspeople and some fantastic restaurants. The whole feel of the old town is busy yet romantic and relaxing.
There are several beaches: Playa del Cap Negret, Playa de la Roda, Playa del Cap Blanch, Playa del Mascarat. These are mainly sandy and quite clean. The beaches aren�t usually too busy. There are some fantastic climbing frames, slides and children�s toys, volley ball nets and small water showers all available to the public free of charge.
In addition to Altea, there is also the town of Calpe close by. The main attraction is undoubtedly the beautiful blue flag beaches with golden sand and crystal clear water. The whole town of Calpe is dominated by the huge Peñon de Ifach, an enormous Gibraltar like rock which separates the two main beach areas of Playa la Fossa and Playa Cantal Roig.

As well as the crystal clear sea, blue flag beaches and Marina, the area has plenty of activities within easy reach to fill a family holiday full of fun and excitement:

"I wish to say that the penthouse far exceeded our expectations, It was a pleasure to stay there. The location was spot on, with breathtaking sceneary. The penthouse was furnished to a very high standard and it was a joy to stay in. The welcome from Barry and the starter pack which greeted us was again first weather was very hot and a lot of time was spent on the roof terrace and roof top pool. Everything you could have asked for, you supplied right down to the dishwasher tablets. Its not if but when we come back we will certainly be using you again"

When we did venture out for dinner to the old town of Altea we loved your recommendation of restaurants but particularly Dels Artistes for the food and location right on the main cobbled square. "Just got back to work and i wanted to tell you that you have the most astonishing apartment location on the whole Costa Blanca in our opinion. We had a wonderful time in your apartment and we were sorry to be leaving that soon. We told about your apartment to all our friends in the most positive way. Everything was perfect, and that terrace with the view.... uau! I mean we stayed up every night till the early hours, just talking, sipping some wine or spanish orrujo and listening to the waves. Altea was beautiful, and the restaurant barry recommended (dels artistes) was a bliss. elegant food, nice service, good prices.
