Las Lomas de Cabo Pino is a new secure complex consisting of 72 houses with 2 swimming pools and landscape gardens. It is 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport towards Marbella and 10 minutes drive to Marbella and Fuengirola. The house is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. Located close to the Costa del Sol artery N-340, with a convenience shop, sports bar and restaurant near the complex. The famous DaBruno restaurant is just down the road and an Indian restaurant around the corner. Only a short walk to a lovely sandy beach and the picturesque Puerto Cabopino that has many fine bars and restaurants. There is a 18 hole golf course at the back of the complex with a driving range and full practice facilities. The townhouse has a roof-top terrace with outside shower, sunbeds and fantastic views of the sea, golf course and swimming pools.
