This holiday Villa is within 600 meteres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.


The villa is in Punta Lara, Nerja. with peaceful surroundings and spectacular and panoramic sea and mountain views. Just five minutes walk from the beach. Prices are based on 4 persons sharing with a supplement of 40 Euros per person per week for each extra person.

Rooms include a spacious comfortable lounge, recently refurbished modern kitchen and two bathrooms. One bathroom with shower unit while the other bathroom has a bath with a shower fitting.

Spacious breakfast terrace and sun terrace with toldo and gas BBQ with fantastic views of the mountains, beach and Nerja town. Fabulous community pool 100 yards away with lifeguard and bar restaurant open from May to October. Both terraces enjoy the sun most of the day. Punta Lara bar enjoys a nice friendly atmosphere, where delicious home cooked food is served daily. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with microwave, television, washing machine, iron and heater for the cooler evenings in the winter months. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.

Nerja and area
The heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff. Only 45 mins from Malaga airport, Nerja boasts beautiful sandy blue flag beaches, all within easy reach of the villa. Its quiant narrow winding alleys surrounded by white washed shops and fabulous restaurants will provide endless memorable evenings out.
Nearby are the Nerja caves (some of the best in Europe, simply breathtaking), the famous Frigiliana village is 10 mins drive, nearby golf courses and in the winter the Sierra Nevada mountains are 90 mins drive.
The sandy Burriana beach is 5 mins drive (or bus) away and boasts shops, fish restaurants, scuba diving etc
