Description: |
The apartment is air conditioned or central heated depending on the season. There are two bedrooms, one double and a twin bedded room, and can sleep up to six persons by making use of the sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric oven and hob. The open plan living area is furnished to high standard with a TV and DVD player. A large terrace has a table and chairs for lounging or dining. Secure underground parking is an added benefit.
The residential amenities consist of two principal swimming pools and a childrens pool. A poolside bar / restaurant serves local dishes and tapas. A seasonal shop provides essential items.
Peñíscola is approximately one kilometre away and is within walking distance. A local bus service operates during the season. Two wonderful, clean sandy beaches are there to enjoy the pleasures of swimming and sunbathing. For the more energetic, pedaloes and jet skis can be hired in the high season. The town castle, situated on a rocky promontory, is a labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets with an atmosphere of medieval Spain. The working harbour provides interest and much of the daily catch is used in the local restaurants. Peñíscola has many interesting shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Evenings can be spent walking along the promenade taking in the local sights and sounds, and visiting the flea market at the foot of the castle walls.
