Our comfortable newly furnished apartment is perfectly placed for beach or golfing holidays, within a well designed and spacious developement of town houses villas and apartments.
We are a few minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and there are many bars, some of them English, and a mixture of international restaurants within a ten minute walk, including Chinese, Indian, English and a fish and chip shop in the same complex.

It is ten minutes south of the Bustling town of Torrevieja.

It is very secure for young children being enclosed by a fence and lockable gate.

There are 25 white sandy local beaches to choose from, several of them are EU Blue Flag.
Playa Punta Prima is the nearest beach, a leisurely 15 minute walk from La Cinuelica, where the Punta Prima Restaurante serves delicious food overlooking the sea.
The nearest golfing is Campoamor Golf Course which is approximately 15 minutes drive from La Cinuelica and is the most panoramic of the courses in the region with lovely fairways, greens and lakes to add some spice! There are 6 other courses in the area, three of them are major courses.
*There is GO KARTING very nearby and a WATERPARK for a change of scene
as well as a choice of NIGHTLIFE available both locally and in Torrejieva 10 mins away.
THE APARTMENT has a large recessed veranda/balcony with BBQ, patio furniture and parasol for out doors eating or just relaxing with a drink in or out of the sun. There is a lovely view of landscaped gardens and kiddies play area.
The LARGE LIVING ROOM is furnished with leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a coffee table and a top quality wooden dining table and chairs. The tv sits on a cabinet with a DVD player underneath and has English satellite TV.
2 BEDROOMS.There are twin and double bedded rooms both with built in wardrobes, one with a safe, wooden beds and matching linen/decor with bedside cabinets and lamps.
The FULLY FITTED KITCHEN has a large fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine in the utility room/rear patio with drying facilities, making it perfect for self catering if needed.
LARGE FULLY TILED BATHROOM with bath, shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:These can be arranged from either airport at 45€ from Alicante and 40€ from Murcia. Please request this on the booking form.
CAR HIRE is available from the airports either through the airlines or by googling the airport.
FLIGHTS. we can be reached from either Murcia (20 mins) or Alicante (35 mins) with many airlines serving both airports from various UK airports. These include Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch airlines. BMI baby and BA,giving much choice and flexibilty over prices and departure airports.

Email or phone and a booking form will be sent to you by email.
A deposit of £50 per week is payable with the booking form, the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
2 week holidays get a £30 reduction. Pay in full at time of booking and save 5%. So if you book two weeks and pay up front you save a possible £52 during peak season making the cost of 2 weeks in July/August only £388!!
Holidays can also be paid in Euros to a Spanish bank account.
An amount of 30€ cash is payable to the agent towards the cleaning costs on
arrival.
Payment by internet banking, direct bank transfer or cheque,(unless last minute
booking). Then it may be possible to pay cash to the agent on arrival but an extra
fee may be payable.
