Villa Perdiz is an attractive, spacious villa surrounded by a large garden with old pine trees. It has an arch-framed porch on the front, facing north and a main terrazeon the rear, overlooking the garden and the pool (8 x 4 m with a shallow end). Next to the terrace is a brick made barbecue. The sport facilities of Residential Roche with various tennis courts and basket ball are at only 200m.
Furnishing and equipment are good standard. Living- room with diner with open fire and access to the terrace. Fully fitted, large kitchen with oven, dishwasher and many utensils. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with twin beds and built in wardrobe. One bathroom is on ground floor, a second one on first floor, en-suite with the main bedroom which has a double bed and a terrace with nice view over the surroundings.

An ideal accommodation for 2 families travelling together.
