Description: |
Villa La Verde has been attractively designed with high class living very much in mind. The accommodation is arranged on two levels, including off road shaded parking. We are situated in a peaceful location within the popular Polaris World La Torre 5* Golf Resort. Our Townhouse has the added benefit of two fully air-conditioned double bedrooms, one on each level. We can comfortably accommodate up to four persons in luxurious surroundings.
Our townhouse also greatly benefits from having bathrooms on each level, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans in all living areas and fully remote controlled air conditioning in all rooms. Air conditioning is an essential requirement for Spain if you are to get a good night sleep in the hot and sometimes rather humid summer months. We also have full gas central heating to keep you warm at night in the cooler winter months. Villa La Verde ground floor layout consists of an entry hallway leading into an open plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom.
Leading from the lounge area is a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for your all self catering needs. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to our outside lower terrace complete with table and two ceiling fans. We have installed a large screen TV with surround sound, U.K cable channels, DVD player, radio and telephone. All our guests also have the free use of our home computer-printer. Internet High Speed connection can be arranged for guests on request at extra charge.
Sleeping accommodation consists of two bedrooms both beautifully furnished. The ground floor bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed. Each bedroom has matching furniture, with fully colour coordinated, curtains and bedding. The master bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom, TV and DVD player and separate dressing area.
From the master bedroom the patio doors lead out to the secluded large roof terrace which has lovely frontline golf course views. Both of our terraces are suitable for outside Al Fresco dining or sunbathing. We have provided a good selection of quality exterior dining furniture and sun loungers for guest use. Villa La Verde is a place to come and relax in style. Watch the fantastic sunsets with a glass of wine on one of our terraces. You could elect to dine out in one of the many new eating houses and bars recently opened on the La Torre Golf Resort.
The Polaris World concept is based on a Florida Style’ resort consisting of a J. Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course built to international standards and situated within an enclosed perimeter with 24 hour security.
The golf course has been designed to incorporate beautiful lakes and fairways. The golf clubhouse has a well stocked golf shop, a driving range and practice green. A selection of bars and restaurants can also be found within the resort. The three lakes complete the exuberant landscape of the golf course. La Torre Golf Resort is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap; there is a course for all levels of golfers.

The La Torre 5* Golf resort is a few kilometres inland from the fantastic Mar Menor inland sea. The nearest seaside town is just a short distance by car and has good safe blue flag beaches, shops and speciality fish restaurants.
Both cities of Cartagena and Murcia are worth a visit for shopping and site seeing. All the major shopping food and department stores can be found in these cities.
The town of Los Alcazares is a very short drive away from La Torre. It is a typical Spanish town with a week long fiesta in October of each year celebrating municipal independence.
For young and old alike Spain in one of the top destinations for a sunshine holiday in winter or summer. Spain with its long hot summer days and cooler winter days is THE IN PLACE to be! Average temperature for this region of Spain is 22C, with over 300 days of sunshine. What more do you want!
