A nice bright 38 square meter apartment, located on the 5th floor (no elevator). It is a one bedroom apartment with wooden beams in the ceiling. The bedroom has a double bed and in the salon you have a sofa bed, TV, DVD and dining area. The apartment also has an American fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

You have the beach on your doorstep, and are surrounded by restaurants, bars, fresh food market, shops etc. giving you the feeling of being in a small village instead of central Barcelona. Only 15 minute walk away you will find yourself on La Rambla. On the other side of the neighbourhood you will find the Marina, Port Vell, hosting anything from Luxury Yachts to quaint little sailing boats from all over the world. For families visiting looking for activities for children, the Barcelona Akvarium is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment, right next to the only shopping center open 7days a week, Maremagnum.

Notes
At the time of reservation we ask our guests to pay 20% pre payment. The rest is paid at time of check in to the apartment, in cash or if prefered by bank transfer 10 days before arrival.
If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client.
Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, owner has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available owner will then return the pre-payment. Owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
