Our lovely sunny AIR-CONDITIONED apartment is situated in the hills above Alicante Bay, in a quiet, residential area, with a choice of 3 landscaped communal swimming pools and can comfortably accommodate 4 peopleand is only 5 a minute drive from a unspoilt sand duned beach

BEDROOMS
The 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) both have fully fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space + ceiling fans, mirrors, shelves etc

KITCHEN
The fully fitted separate kitchen has:
- electric oven
- ceramic hob
- fridge/freezer
- washing machine
- iron and ironing board
- kettle
- coffee maker
- toaster

LOUNGE
The AIR-CONDTIONED lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and includes a 28" LCD television with SATELLITE TV with some UK terrestrial and satellite channels, DVD player, CD radio, ceiling fans, a dining table and 4 chairs and a bookcase with a range of paperbacks.

ACCOMODATION
The accommodation is tiled throughout for coolness and has ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms (Room heaters are provided for winter lets in addtion to the reversible air-conditioning heating)

BALCONY
Sliding patio doors lead to a shady balcony furnished with table and 2 chairs, perfect for breakfast or just relaxing with a good book.

ROOF TERRACE
Private stairs lead from the balcony to the large private roof terrace, which benefits from all day sunshine , is fully lit at night and has wonderful mountain and sea views, furnished with:
- 4 sun loungers
- large dining table
- 4 chairs
- 2 parasols
- BBQ

SWIMMING POOLS
The nearest pool is just a few feet away, is fully enclosed and has a separate children’s section, as do the other two beautiful landscaped pools on the development.

- chemist

GENERAL
All linen and (non beach) towels provided.
Unlike others, rentals are NOT restricted to Saturdays!

With beautiful views of both the mountains and across the bay to Alicante, Casa Mahada is the perfect place to base your stay.

Alicante’s excellent shopping and nightlife, modern harbour development and sophisticated restaurants and bars are within a 20 minute drive

Benidorm and Terra Miticia are a 30 minute drive north
