The recently refurbished bathroom is stylish and modern featuring a walk-in shower with glass wall, WC and smart hand basin with cupboard under and large lit mirror above. There is a wall mounted heater for winter lets.

ACCOMODATION
The accommodation is tiled throughout for coolness and has ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms. Radiators are provided for winter lets in addtion to the reversible air-conditioning heating)

BALCONY
Sliding patio doors lead to a shady balcony furnished with table and 2 chairs, perfect for breakfast or just relaxing with a good book.

ROOF TERRACE
Private stairs lead from the balcony to the large private roof terrace, which benefits from all day sunshine, is fully lit at night and has wonderful mountain and sea views, furnished with:
