This beautiful 2bedroom apartment is in the heart of the historical centre of Barcelona. On your doorstep you have the nice shopping area of Gotico, the famous Ramblas and the Cathedral. Moreover because the old port and the beach are within walking distance this is the PERFECT LOCATION for SMALL GROUPS and FAMILIES coming to Barcelona.

This apartment is located on the first floor in a renovated building in the charming Gotico area. The apartment can host up to 4 people and has FREE INTERNET and AIR-CONDITIONING. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds. From the spacious living room equipped with a FULL ENTERTAINMENT SET you can enter the nice balcony, which brings in a lot of natural light.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, water cooker and has all the necessary utilities. The bathroom is very MODERN and has a bathtub and a shower.

The Gothic district is the historical heart of Barcelona. It is situated between the two most important streets of old Barcelona, the Via Laietana and the Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya with its excellent public transport connections,the old harbour and the Barceloneta beach are all within 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

NOTE a baby cot is also available upon request.

Great property but terrible property manager

We dealt with the agent Barcelona Next Door and actually stayed in a slightly different apartment to this one, as this was not available for the time we wanted. The apartment we did get was beautiful, a great price, and excellent location just off La Rambla. Both properties are managed by Barcelona Next Door, who were TERRIBLE to deal with from start to finish. We followed the (very convoluted) instructions on arrival but the phone numbers provided were incorrect, the key was not available at check in and the baby crib requested was not provided. I called twice in relation to this as well as visiting the office and was told the manager would drop it off (on our final day)but he never showed up. I was told aggressively on the phone it was my fault for not re-confirming that I wanted the crib. They also took two security deposits. I recommend the apartment but if you can avoid dealing with Barcelona Next Door that's for the best.
