Barceloneta is in the city centre, but still like a little village in its own right, with plenty of character, and old traditions.The beach, pier and yachting port are at three minutes walk. The whole area is full of excellent seafood restaurants, ranging from some of the most exclusive in Barcelona to tiny bars that offer the best fried fish in town for very little money.

Furthermore the main touristic attractions that Barcelona offers are within walking distance, as the Picasso Museum, the church of Santa María del Mar, the Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya, just to mention a few.

The price is based on 5 persons per night. For 4 persons the price is 20 EUR less per night, for 3 people 40 EUR and for 2 people 60 EUR less per night

At the time of reservation we ask our guests to pay 20% pre payment.
If notification of cancellation is received within 48 hours after the reservation has been confirmed by Akaza, the full pre-payment will be returned to the client.
Cancellations received after 48 hours are not subject to refund regardless of the cancellation reason.
All cancellations must be received by e-mail or by fax.
If the apartment is, for any reason, not in rental conditional at the time of arrival, in situation of damage, such as leaks or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable, Akaza has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion. If an alternative apartment is not available Akaza will then return the pre-payment. Akaza will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
