Outside, the large patio / garden area is furnished with a stylish table and 4 chairs plus large parasol - perfect for breakfast. There is also a BBQ for those al fresco meals and the patio is lit at night.
Moving inside, the sunny lounge is very nicely furnished and contains 2 sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), coffee table, fireplace, mirror, lamps and pictures. In addition, for your comfort in the summer there is a large ceiling fan. The dining area also contains a ceiling fan, plus a dining table, 6 chairs and your entertainment there is a sideboard housing a TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), and a DVD player.
The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this quality, including oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee machine as well as an iron and ironing board, airer and hoover. In an additional space is the washing machine and there is also a door to the garden area. On the ground floor is also a handy downstairs WC, containing shower cubicle, shelving, WC and basin with mirror and spotlights above.
Moving upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom features a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, alarm clock radio, pictures and 5 drawer chest plus a double built in wardrobe with mirrored doors and a ceiling fan for your comfort. In addition is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer. The master bedroom also features en suite facilities of a shower cubicle, shelving, WC, basin in a marble surround vanity unit and mirror and spotlights above.
The air-conditioned second bedroom contains twin beds, a double wardrobe with 3 drawers below, bedside cabinets, lamp, pictures and rug as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer. The air-conditioned third bedroom contains twin beds, a double wardrobe with 3 drawers below, bedside cabinets, lamp, pictures and rug as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer. Also on this floor is the master bathroom which features a bath and shower screen, bidet, WC, basin and mirror and spotlights above.
Moving up to the superb roof terrace, there is a table, 2 sun loungers and 4 reclining chairs for perfecting that Spanish tan! In addition there is a parasol and the roof terrace is lit at night. From this terrace are amazing views of Alicante, the Mountains and the Meditteranean!
The two superb pools (1 for adults and 1 for children) and gardens are very near the property as are the padel courts and a play area for children. The beautiful beach is a just a short drive away, as are an excellent selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Really all you could wish for in a perfect Spanish villa holiday!
