The Apartment
This luxury apartment, furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard by its owners is wonderfully located in a beachside gated complex of just 60 privately owned apartments and just a very short walk (3 mins) to both the beach and a great range of facilities.
Both the lounge/dining room and master bedroom open onto a spacious south facing terrace with fabulous Mediterranean views. This sun-filled area is fitted with a remote controlled awning for additional comfort.
The kitchen and utility are fully equipped to the highest standard which makes self catering an easy option and all furnishings and equipment throughout are modern, high quality and in excellent condition. The air conditioning system is remote controlled within each room and satellite tv/radio has been installed. Both bedrooms are fitted with mosquito window screens.
The location
Elviria itself is a charming cosmopolitian resort which has all that you would want close at hand for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday - the fabulous lengthy golden beach (perfect for the sun-worshipper, swimmer, walker and water sports enthusiast), supermarkets (including the 24/7 Opencor) and a range of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Excellent golf and tennis facilities are nearby as is the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel and its reknowned and popular Nikki Beach Club.
It is a village occupied all year round by locals and holiday makers alike. It is both perfect for the visitor who wishes to stay put and chill out or as a base for those who wish to explore the Costa and Andalucia, with its fascinating mix of of Iberian, Roman and Moorish history and culture.
A visit to some of the areas cities and towns is easy and rewarding. The attractive cities of Granada and Seville are within two hours, the dramatic town of Ronda is closer and dont forget the charming pueblos blancos (white villages).
Even closer is Marbella, a mere 10 minute drive away and the ritzy Puerto Banus just a little further along the coast. Marbella is a lively modern city but dont miss its charming Old Town (Casco Antiguo) and Orange Square. But be sure to go beyond La Plaza del los Naranjos and explore the narrow surrounding streets where houses are intermingled with shops and boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and tapas bars giving a unique and lively atmosphere.

Fuengirola Zoo, within 15/20 mins Mijas Aquatic Park, also on the outskirts of Fuengirola Tivoli World Theme Parks, just beyond Benalmadena Selwo Adventure and Nature Parks, near Estepona La Canada Shopping Mall, a 10min drive from Elviria has extensive shopping and includes a multi screen cinema and a bowling centre
