Description: |
This two story, three bedrooms, two bathroom villa offers spacious accommodation in a quiet area and is close to all your holiday needs.
On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall which is normally used as the dining area. Off this area you have a large lounge with air conditioning, sky TV (free view only), and ample seating. There are also two large twin bedrooms with wardrobes and ample room for an extra bed. The family bathroom containing bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet is also located on the ground floor as well as a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. The kitchen has microwave, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine and plenty of storage and the utility room has the fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. There is even a coolie box and beach mats for those sunny days out by the sea.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom which is a double with en-suite bathroom containing toilet, shower, bidet and basin. The bedroom is air conditioned and offers the added bonus of a balcony terrace overlooking the pool area and surrounding countryside.
Outside, there is a small outside terrace for early morning coffee, a large very well maintained garden with a huge private pool (10 metres by 8 metres) accessed by Roman steps. In the garden you will find ample sun loungers and sun shades for those lazy afternoons. There is also a traditional coal BBQ with outside sink and seating area as well as an outside toilet.
The villa is close to all the major road links making day trips that bit easier. The nearest supermarket is a five minute drive away, the town centre seven minutes and the beaches about fifteen minutes.
Local and nearby attractions include the Cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville and Gibraltar is only one hour away. There is also a water park less than one hour away which offers a great day out for kids of all ages.
The main attraction of the area is that it is still very much “Old Spain” and is mainly unspoilt. The local town offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to suit all taste buds and of course the wonderful beaches for which the area is best known. With an almost constant cooling breeze coming off the Atlantic it is also a popular area for windsurfing, surfing and boogie boarding. All of the major beaches in the area have life guards on duty during the peak season and first aid facilities are always available.
Note: Although the area is well served with a local bus service, car hire is recommended.

Diese 2-Etagen-Villa mit 2 Badezimmern und 3 Schlafzimmern bietet eine großzügige Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend und liegt trotzdem nahe am Urlaubsgeschehen.
Zum Erdgeschoß gehört eine große Empfangshalle, die normalerweise als Essbereich dient. Daneben befindet sich eine großzügige klimatisierte Lounge mit SAT-Fernsehen (nur freie Sender) und vielfältiger Sitzgelegenheit. Das Haus hält zwei große Zweibettzimmer mit Kleiderschränken und viel Raum für ein Zustellbett für Sie bereit. Das Familienbadezimmer, das mit Badewanne/Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet ist, liegt ebenfalls im Erdgeschoß sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche und ein Hauswirtschaftsraum. Die Küche hat Mikrowelle, Herd, Kochfeld, einen Kessel und Kaffeeautomaten und viel Stauraum. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum finden Sie ein Kühl/Gefrierkombigerät, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett vor. Für die sonnigen Tage am Meer gibt es selbstverständlich eine Kühlbox und Strandmatten.
Im 1. Stock befindet sich das Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche, Bidet und Waschbecken. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und von hier aus, als kleines Extra, gelangen Sie auf den Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Poolbereich und die umliegende Landschaft.
Im Außenbereich lädt eine kleine Terrasse zum Frühstück ein und ein großer, sehr gepflegter Garten mit grandiosem Privatpool (10 m x 8 m), zu dem Sie über eine römische Treppe gelangen, erwartet Sie. Im Garten stehen genügend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für die gemütlichen Nachmittage zur Verfügung. Es existieren darüber hinaus ein traditioneller Holzkohlegrill mit Sitzgelegenheit und einer Toilette sowie ein Waschbecken im Freien.
Profitieren Sie von der günstigen Verkehrsanbindung, dadurch werden Tagesausflüge zu einem problemlosen Vergnügen. Der nächste Supermarkt und die Strände liegen nur 5 Fahrminuten, das Stadtzentrum 7 Minuten entfernt und die Strände erreichen Sie in ca. 15 Minuten.
Unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten bieten die nahe gelegenen Städte Cádiz, Jerez, Sevilla und Gibraltar, das nur 1 Stunde entfernt ist. In weniger als einer Stunde gelangen Sie zu einem Wasser-Erlebnispark, der großen und kleinen Kindern viel Spaß bereitet.
Es gilt als Hauptattraktion, dass die Gegend noch an das „alte Spanien“ erinnert und weitgehend unberührt geblieben ist. In der nahe gelegene Ortschaft halten verschiedene Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit und Sie finden dort natürlich die wunderschönen Strände, für die die Gegend bekannt ist. Durch den ständig wehenden, kühlen Atlantikwind lässt es sich wunderbar Wellen reiten, windsurfen und Boogie boarden. Während der Hauptsaison werden an allen großen Stränden Bademeister eingesetzt, wobei die Erste-Hilfe-Einrichtungen das ganze Jahr über vorhanden sind.
