We had a lovely time in Spain thank you it is always good to see the grandchildren. The apartment was being cleaned as we arrived but there was no problem as we obtained keys and returned later. The only problem we had which was a minor one was the fact that the kettle was not working but that was soon recitied and we obtained a new one. I would have no hesitation in contacting you again if we needed accomodation we know the area well and can vouch for it being very quiet. I would reccomend the apartment to anyone who asked.

Notes
a breakage deposit of £100 and full payment is required on arrival. Airport collection can be arranged. There is a one off euros 70 cleaning charge and 30 euros /per week electricity charge at exit.If you can find it cheaper , we will refund the difference!

A £100 refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits must be received within 2 working days to secure your booking. We will send you an email receipt, upon cleared funds.

The deposit of £ 100, is required to cover breakages and loss of keys.

The balance is payable on arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for.

The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.

Check-in/out:

Weekends, but flexible outside peak season.

Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.30am, however we maybe flexible on times, if there are no back to back bookings.
