Beautiful furnished 2-bedroom villa with unique views and fantastic surroundings - 5 minutes from the beach
This new, and beautiful house is placed at the small Andalusia town, La Herradura, approx. 65 km east of Malaga (less than 1 hour by motorway). La Herradura is a small and charming town with it’s own market hall, sea front, an excellent range of restaurants, bars, cafés, discothèques, small shops, church, language- and diving schools etc.
The beautiful beaches are only 5 minutes away, Marina del Este, Almuñecar and Nerja 10 minutes away, and the ski resorts in Sierra Nevada, Granada and the Alhambra palace approx. 1 hour away. If you are a golfer, you will find 3 beautiful golf resorts within 30 minutes’ drive. In the protected natural park right behind the house there are great opportunities of mountain trekking where you will meet flocks of goats, and the most beautiful flora.
From the house and the terraces you have the most magnificent view of the Mediterranean sea, the La Herradura horseshoe bay, the beach, the town, Punta de la Mona, the mountains, and Cerro Gordo natural park,
The luxury 2-bedroom villa is a triplex with accommodation on 2 levels. The lower level is with garage, main entrance and hall. The first floor is with master bedroom (French balcony) and en suite bathroom with bidet, haidresse etc. Another bedroom has it’s own bathroom with different utilities and furnished terrace. (A third room is for the use of the owners only). The second floor is with a fully fitted kitchen with all facilities, guest toilet and a beautiful furnished lounge with TV and DVD. Both from the kitchen and from the lounge double doors lead to the well-furnished main terrace equipped with sunblinds. On both terraces you will have sun all day long.
The house is private owned, and equipped as such with elegant furniture of high standard. We hope that our guests will appreciate this, and treat the house with respect and care.
The house is for max 4 persons. No pets allowed. Smoking at the terraces only.
The shared beautiful pool area (children’s pool too), and the 2 paddle tennis courts have the most magnificent view, and are situated only 100 meters from the house.
