The apartment is privately owned and located in the four star Hotel Las Palmeras. The hotel is on a superb location in front of the Marina in the centre of Fuengirola at the 4,5 miles long beach promenade, Paseo Marítimo.
The apartment is on the second floor with a splendid view from the large balcony to the Marina and the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is air-conditioned / heated. It is equipped with an IKEA double bed and a single bed that makes it possible in seconds to turn it from a sleeping room into a spacious living / dining room. Different from the ordinary rooms of the hotel this one is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, iron, TV, DVD-player and Skydigibox.
Everything a tourist would want is within a distance of 100 yards. -such as white sandy beaches, a great selection of restaurants, bars, night clubs, shops, tourist information, car rentals, buses to all of Andalusia and trains every 20 minutes to the airport and Málaga.
