This luxurious ground floor pool view apartment is 10 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes from the capital of the island Puerto del Rosario. It is just a short stroll to the local shops, bars and restaurants and the Saturday market. You are never short of things to do in Caleta de Fuste with all the usual water sports available as well as boat trips, diving, and even a submarine offering undersea excursions. The nightlife is varied with plenty of bars offering all kinds of entertainment from live music to karaoke and a wide variety of restaurants on your door step Excellent steak house at a great price , also including Chinese, Italian and authentic Spanish.
Family owned, this 2 double bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard with a lounge/diner, bathroom, utility room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment boasts a Patio overlooking the pool with terrace furniture and sunloungers.also back garden with table chairs and barbeque.
British TV with BBC1/2/3/4 and channel 5. There are 2 pools, one main pool and a children’s paddling/jacuzzi pool.
Rental periods all year £330 for one week discount two weeks or more £300 per week. There is also a cot for hire at £15.00 per week

Towels and linen are included and changed weekly.
The apartment is also cleaned weekly.

Balcony area overlooking pools. Complex is ideal for children as it is completely gated and secure.There is any entry phone system at main entrance area for added security.On site management agents.English and Spanish speaking.

Coast/Beach
Beautiful child friendly sandy beach is less than 10 minutes walk.quite sandy beach 20min. walk or sand dune not to be missed at Corralego 30mins. in car.Beautiful walk ways . rocky beach has chipmunks so take plenty fresh grapes and nuts they will eat out of your hand.
Golf
Fuerteventura Golf Club, home to the 2004 Spanish Open and the first of its kind on the island, is only 5 mins drive from the apartment (approx 3 euros by taxi). The course has 18 holes, with a par of 71, and wanders over streams and around lakes. The 18th hole has a very high tee and is a dog leg par 4. Here, the player could take more club than is needed for the tee shot with the breeze blowing behind. The delightful climate throughout summer and winter means this exciting course can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Located at the hotel, the clubhouse has changing facilities with lockers, bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a large pro-shop where buggies, trolleys and clubs can be hired. Also available to guests are 2 practice greens, 1 for putting and the other for chipping and bunker shots.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is only 10 minutes in a taxi approx. 10 euros. Transfers available on request
Distances
Central to everything, Car hire only needed if venturing far as taxis are very cheap.
