Top floor, 2 bedroom apartment featuring a stunning private roof terrace with panoramic views, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a lounge with doors onto a balcony, dining area, kitchen and family bathroom.

There are several bars, restaurants and shops within a few hundred metres and a more comprehensive selection in the resort of Villamartin, less than 2 miles away. The seaside town of Torrevieja is about 20 minutes by car and has a night market, beaches, promenade and many more shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is to be rented fully furnished, including bedding, towels and kitchenware. The nearest airports are Murcia at 20 minutes and Alicante about an hours drive away.

Please note that to sleep 6 you will need to use a sofabad in the lounge.

This really is a great base for golf and relaxation. We use it for my golf while the wife and her friends relax on the roof and sunbathe. The close proximity to the shops, banks and bars means that you have everything right on your doorstep.
