Charming privately-owned one bedroom apartment tastefully furnished with an open plan dining/living room. It is on the first floor of a pleasant three-floor residential block. There is a well maintained lift. The apartment is situated in the Carabeo area of Nerja only one minute walk to the seafront and beaches. It is only a five minute stroll along flat pathways to the centre of Nerja and the Balcon de Europa. The Balcon boasts spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs. The television receives many British channels including BBC and ITV. There is also a radio and CD player. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen.. The utility room has an automatic washing machine and ironing board. The bathroom is completely new (April 2008) and features a walk-in shower. The bedroom contains one double bed and has ample storage space. The private balcony has a table and chairs and provides views over the well-kept gardens. There are large patio doors leading from both the bedroom and the lounge onto the balcony. The communal roof terrace boasts spectacular panoramic views. Within the lovely gardens there is a large communal swimming pool which receives the sun for most of the day. There are sun-chairs in the apartment. Good quality shops, bars and restaurants are in close walking distance yet the area is very peaceful at nights. Testimonials from previous visitors can be provided.
